Facing Monte Amiata, it is one of the most exemplary vineyards of the estate - where extraordinarily elegant wines come to life.
The plot is almost completely flat, with only a slight slope. The rows facing from north to south enjoy excellent sun exposure throughout the day and the grapes here ripen evenly. In fact, some of the grapes we use for the production of Brunello di Montalcino DOCG come from this vineyard. The soil’s composition allows us to make bold wines with a notable alcohol content and a wonderful complexity. Extraordinarily elegant wines come to life from this particularly stony and galestro-rich soil.
