In generale, è la stagione in cui concentriamo i nostri sforzi nella cura del terreno , localizzando gli interventi vicino alle viti. Cerchiamo di non “disturbare” in questo periodo le zone seminate a sovescio. TAKING CARE OF THE LAND AND THE VINE In the spring, we till the soil under the vine rows to control the weeds and aerate the soil, and we also do work on the vegetative framework ( bud selection , wire training of the canes, and ‘accapannatura’, i.e. upper- canopy bundling).
