Studiare accorgimenti per ogni appezzamento che vadano incontro alle necessità della specifica annata , è per noi diventata un’attività primaria. Questa annata è stata inizialmente molto siccitosa. Proprio la fase iniziale ha comportato una maturazione particolarmente lenta, annullando l’anticipo del ciclo vegetativo, fino a rientrare in una scansione temporale più regolare. Nonostante il germogliamento sia avvenuto con ben due settimane di anticipo, infatti, la vendemmia si è poi svolta come di consueto a fine settembre.
