La varietà regina è naturalmente il Sangiovese , ma alcune parcelle sono dedicate a Merlot e Cabernet, che utilizziamo in piccole percentuali per gli I.G.T. La densità è di 7000 ceppi per ettaro e il sistema di allevamento il cordone speronato . This vineyard extends for 11.5 hectares and was planted between 2000 and 2001. The principle variety is, of course, Sangiovese , but some plots are also planted with Merlot and Cabernet, which we use in small percentages for our I.G.T. wines.
