San Polo Diario della Vendemmia / Harvest Diary / 2020 1 Ad inizio marzo sono partita per la California per supportare i nostri partners americani, la Famiglia Trinchero , nel lancio di San Polo. Nel giro di poche settimane, come per tutte le persone del mondo, i miei piani sono cambiati e sono dovuta rientrare in Italia. Ho avuto però la fortuna di trascorrere un lungo periodo a San Polo e Riccardo, grazie alla sua conoscenza ed alla sua passione,mi ha insegnato moltissime cose. Ne ho così approfittato per studiare in maniera dettagliata ogni passaggio produttivo e capire quanti sforzi e sacrifici quotidiani ci siano dietro un progetto così ambizioso. È stato bellissimo condividere giornate ed esperienze anche con il resto del team di San Polo... Stefania, Anna, Costantin, Agostino e Marion sono speciali ed è anche grazie al loro lavoro che stiamo ottenendo così tanti risultati e soddisfazioni. Per me, come per mia mamma Marilisa e mia sorella Caterina, in San Polo sono racchiusi tutti i valori in cui crediamo : la sostenibilità, la costante ricerca di un’eccellenza sincera e diretta ma mai appariscente, il rispetto nei confronti dell’ambiente e delle persone che qui vivono e lavorano. Nonostante il 2020 sia stato e continui ad essere un anno di incertezza per tutti, credo che la visione che San Polo ha fatto propria, in primo luogo il coraggio di rispettare un territorio così unico , saranno sempre più importanti e tracceranno sempre di più il cammino dell’Azienda. At the beginning of March, I left for California to support our American partners, the Trinchero Family , in launching San Polo. Within a few weeks, as for people all over the world, my plans changed and I had to return to Italy. However, I was lucky enough to spend a long time in San Polo and there – thanks to his knowledge and his passion – Riccardo taught me a lot of things. I took the opportunity to study each step in the production process in detail and understand how much daily effort and how many sacrifices lie behind such an ambitious project. It was wonderful to share these days and experiences with the rest of the San Polo team too... Stefania, Anna, Costantin, Agostino, and Marion are special people and it is also due to their work that we are achieving so much success and satisfaction. For me, as for my mother Marilisa and my sister Caterina, San Polo embodies all the values we believe in: sustainability, the constant search for sincere and direct but never flashy excellence, respect for the environment and for the people who live and work here.
