As sustainability supporters and biodiversity promoters, in San Polo we have been implementing green manuring for several years, an ancient practice that, in a natural way, restores nutrients and structure to the soil.
To maximize the benefits obtained from this practice, we carefully select mixes of essences with different specific properties: legumes will help us with nitrogen fixing while brassicas with the fight against nematodes and fungi.
